I absolutely love the peanut butter Spoonable Smoothies. As per instructions, I let them sit for about 5-10 minutes before digging in and they are just the right consistency by then. I like to put a dollop of all natural peanut butter on top. Yum! And since they are real food and not full of sugar I can enjoy them and feel genuinely nourished and don’t wind up fighting a sugar crash later.
